Emanuele Cacciatore

Faculty member, Emanuele Cacciatore

Emanuele Cacciatore received an MFA (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a BFA in painting from the University of Buffalo.  He has been a Part-Time Lecturer in the ACM Department for thirteen years and teaches Art History, Design, Drawing, Painting, Photography, and Arts, Culture and Media. His students explore a wide range of materials and diverse methods of visual communication.

Emanuele has exhibited his paintings extensively in both Europe and the United States, including the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and the Hallwalls Gallery in Buffalo, New York; The Montclair Art Museum and The New Jersey State Museum in New Jersey; The Contemporary Arts Forum in Santa Barbara, California; and galleries in New York City, Buffalo, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Miami; and Paris, France. He is the recipient of the Armand Hammer Award in Visual Art from the Los Angeles Arts Council and has had monoprints published by Garner Tullis in New York City and Santa Barbara. Emanuele’s work has been reviewed in Artnews Magazine, The Santa Barbara Independent and other regional art publications.
